Bought a run down bungalow last July, it needed full renovation and refurbishment, full re-wire and a new boiler and pipes pictures below show the progress so far it’s now habitable having now renovated two bedrooms at the front of the property and fitted two bathrooms which are now fully functional. I’m still on with two bedrooms in the loft as well as an en suite, brand new solid oak staircase leading up into the loft conversion is complete just needing carpeting and painting. I’ve still got much to do including a full single story extension at the rear which will eventually be an open plan kitchen and dining area. Many thanks to all those who have helped make this all possible and a big shoutout especially to Paul Astbury who has been there helping on this journey from day 1.
